The purpose of this tutorial is to how upload files to a BBLearn course so students can access them.

There are two methods of uploading files to BBLearn: The "File" Method and "Item" method.

"File" Method

This method is useful when uploading one file (syllabus, etc.) to BBlearn, and no additional description or contextual information is necessary.

1. Click on File under the Build Content menu. 

2. Browse for the file to be uploaded by either using the Browse My Computer or Browse Content Collection option.

Select a local file by clicking Browse My Computer or one from within Course Files by clicking Browse Content Collection


3. Give the file a Name and click Submit.

"Item" Method

This method is useful for uploading multiple files as attachments. You can also add a description, links and contextual information to the group of attachments in a item.

1. Click on Item under the Build Content menu.

2. Give the Item a Name and Text description.

3. Browse for the file to be uploaded by either using the Browse My Computer or Browse Content Collection option.

Select a local file by clicking Browse My Computer or one from within Course Files by clicking Browse Content Collection.

4. Click Submit.
