Everything you need to know about how to purchase, configure, and secure a Chico State faculty or staff iPad is available on the [iPad Overview web site from ITSS].
The Technology and Learning Program consultants can work with faculty to help them integrate use of the iPad in teaching practice. This may include recommendation of discipline-specific apps and approaches to mobile technology.
At this time there is no official support for integrated use of iPads in the centrally-scheduled Smart Classrooms which are maintained by Classroom Technologies. Certain applications which rely on certain networking or audio/video peripherals may not work. Contact a TLP consultant for more information.
Currently we have an iPad e-mail listserv set up for any campus faculty and staff who wish to discuss any issue pertaining to iPad use. You're invited to join the listerv on the listserv subscription page.
|These bookmarks are being collected by various members of the CSU Chico iPad Resources Diigo Bookmark group and don't necessarily indicate that a particular method or application has been tried, tested or is supported by anyone at our campus. The bookmarks are provided as ideas, information, and research. Apps change, improve, and are supplanted, so we recommend you always do your own homework, too.|
You can search the group bookmarks from its web page: http://groups.diigo.com/group/csu-chico-i_pad-resources.
