Microsoft Exchange is the primary means of e-mail communication for faculty and staff. Exchange e-mail addresses end in "" as apposed to WildcatMail, the primary e-mail system for Student whose e-mail addresses end with "".

In Summer 2015, the campus migrated to Exchange 365. This upgrade introduced a new and improved version of Outlook Web Access and also requires some changes to e-mail client configuration, especially from off-campus.

Outlook Web App

The new and improved version of the Outlook Web Aapp offers features closer to that of Microsoft Outlook and may be a preferable method for accessing e-mail remotely for many users. For additional information and training on how to use the Outlook Web App, visit Outlook Web App OWA-2013 Training

The Outlook Web App (or OWA) is located at: or can be found by going to the E-MAIL button at the top of the campus website, and selecting MS Exchange.

General Server Information

In general terms, the Exchange mail server can be reached in your email client by selecting Exchange or Corporate email for the account type and allowing it to auto configure. On occasion it must be done manually by using the server name Please consult the table below to find out how to get your email client connected. ITSS can offer full support for standard campus software: Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2013 for PC, and Outlook 2011 on Mac. For all other clients, ITSS can only offer limited support.
